1. During the installation and debugging, our company provides free technical training to personnel related to the management and operation of the equipment. The training content includes the operating procedures, methods, and maintenance techniques of the equipment. Through training, we aim to achieve the level of correct operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of general faults.

2. Our company provides lifelong tracking service for the quality of the equipment leaving the factory, and invites customers to regularly provide feedback on product quality information to our company. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery, during which our company is responsible for troubleshooting all faults.

3. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions, our company's service personnel will arrive at the site within 24-48 hours (except for remote areas, depending on the distance of the road) and troubleshoot the problem upon receiving customer notification.
