Product introduction
- Based on years of manufacturing and research and development capabilities in plastic pipeline equipment, referencing and learning advanced technologies from foreign peers, and digesting and absorbing similar equipment from abroad, independent research and development the “PE-Xa pipe one step infrared cross-linked extrusion line” with independent intellectual property rights, the comprehensive performance of the production line has reached the international leading level and is the first in China.
- This line adopts the PE-Xa dedicated twin screw extruder, PE-Xa Multi component grave hopper, joints the PE-Xa dedicated die head and infrared cross-linking device and intelligent control detection system, ensures the high speed and stable extrusion of pipes.
- Only change or add some device, the one layer、three layers and five layers pipe can be made.
- Due to the superior physical performance, reliable connection, simple installation and operation, and long service life of PE-Xa pipe, it is very suitable for use as a high-performance specialized pipeline for radiation heating and cooling, and has been widely used in developed countries in Europe and America.
- With the launch of a domestically raw material produced, the PE-Xa one-step infrared cross-linked pipe extrusion line, will accelerate the high quality PE-Xa pipe using in the popularization and application of high-end HVAC pipe market in China.
